How do I order?

By adding items to your basket, checking out and paying.


How can I pay for my order?

We use Paypal to manage our payments.  You can use all major credit and debit cards to pay for your order and you do not need a Paypal account to do so.


What are your delivery charges?

We charge £1.00 for postage and packing on orders under £3.00 and £3.50 for postage and packing on all orders between £3.00 and £30.00.  We are currently offering free shipping for all orders over £30.00.  Shipping is to to UK mainland only.


Can I arrange for my order to be delivered to a different address from my billing address.

You can enter a separate delivery address during the check out process.  You will be required to enter a valid phone number for each address and we will check these are valid before dispatch. We will not dispatch the order unless we can determine that both addresses and numbers are valid.


Can I alter my order once it has been placed?

If we haven't sent it yet, contact us as soon as possible on 070 9208 7197 and we will amend it for you.  


Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

If we haven't sent it yet, contact us as soon as possible on 070 9208 7197 and we will cancel it for you.  If it has been dispatched, please see our return policy below.


How do I know the status of my order?

Once you have placed an order with us you should receive an email confirming we have received it.  Please check your spam if you do not receive this.  We will also send a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.


How do I return an item?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return it within 14 days of the date you placed your order. 

If you are returning it because you have changed your mind, you will to need return it at your own cost. Items must be in their original packaging and condition to receive a refund.

What if my item is damaged?

If an item is damaged or faulty, you can return it and we will refund postage and the cost of the item in full. 

If an item has clearly been damaged in transit, we request that you photograph the packaging and the item so that we can take it up with the carrier.

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

Your order should be with you within 1-2 days of dispatch but sometimes it can take up to 5 days.  If you have not received your order within five working days please contact us at contact@paperfly.co.uk or 070 9208 7197 and we will resolve the matter as soon as possible.


Do you accept international orders?

We cannot accept international orders through our website at the moment.
